Best car buying experience we've ever had. Alen and staff are great. We were wary at first, but read the reviews and thought we'd give it try. We bought a car 6 months ago, then came back for a second car this week. Highly recommend! His process is fully transparent, he's a super nice guy and does exactly what he says he's going to do. Everything was easy and straightforward, no pressure, no weirdness, nothing but good vibes and a good deal... TWICE. I was helping a friend buy a used car.  He top priority was getting a reliable car.  I researched vehicles and together we identified what model we wanted.  I used AutoTrader and found the car we targeted with very low mileage. We called K1 to make sure the car was still available then went to the lot.  Fred helped us and was great.  Fred allowed us to take the car for a 10-minute ride and the following day Fred drove the car to my mechanic who inspected the vehicle for us. This is not an emotional review. I bought my BMW I3 three months ago there and wanted to wait until now to say how satisfy I am. I was received by Alen and his team and they gave me the best service I can ask for. They had the car and the year that I was looking for and I love the color. I came from Northern California to purchase the car thier customer service is AWESOME, they're honest and they make sure that you're comfortable and that you understand everything before you walk out the door.
